Auction App

• Clicking create an account opens a window for the person to complete their personal information, then their credit card information
  
• Credit card processor is Stripe

• when login the lots the bidder has bid on, selected as interested in show at the top of the lot list page
• Lots with a green back ground are for leading bid, blue back ground bid on, not leading bidder, orange are lots selected as interested in
  
  

• clicking on bid on lot opens the bid window, showing minimum next bid, max bid option, bid history
• clicking on max bid open the field to type in max bid amount, only the person with the highest max bid will see a note saying they have the hightest max bid

• start checkup process by clicking on cart icon to see purchases from completed auction
• click on checkout to go to payment window 

• checkout page shows lots purchased, buttons for selecting payment method
• clicking continue to checkout processes the payment 

• once payment is completed a confirmation payment shows, payment completed or payment not able to be completed 
  
  

• after completing payment the bidders purchase history for their account shows

• when you type in what you are looking for in the search fields for auction, location, lot name, all auctions are searched
• the page then refreshed to show you the auctions with the information you were searching for

• Fill out the new auction form to add your auction to your auction web app

• Complete rest of the form for the auction
• Auction essentials is prefilled content about they way your auction works that you make edits to for this auciton

Setup your sellers commission for 

• flat fee commission
• variable rate fee 
• max value for a commission
• view history of your previous auction for this seller

• you can add a lot with your phone or by computer
• lot numbers start with 1 and each new lot you add is automatically increased to the next number in sequence 
• you can add a new lot with a name only, or with a pictures only or both name and picture
• picture only is helpful for when you are using your phone to add images of lots at site
• while you are adding images another person can add information about each lot from an office location 

• search fields at top of page for lot number, lot name and location 
• add lot images, videos, PDFs, edit seller, edit description 

• edit lot name, description, min bid price, location
• when you add PDFs or other documents they are automatically bundled into a folder, so when a person is viewing the lot and clicks on PDFs they get all the documents you have uploaded, this way if you add more documents as you get them, while they are separate the potential bidder downloads all the separate documents you have added as a single folder

In the dashboard, auction view, for each lot you can you edit 

• the pricing, premiums and commission 
• description 
• location
• download PDFs added to this lot

• requesting bidders for an auction are grouped into pending at the top of the list, then pre-approved in the next group, then the bidders you have declined for this auction 

• Click on view to see the purchase history for a bidder when needed to help approve or decline the bidder
  
  

• During the auction when a lot is over bid, the lot is moved to the top of the bidding list, bid font is changed to red

• click open to see details for lot over bid to see who the bidder was that over bid to contact them
• click remove recent bid to remove the over bid

• lots that do not meet the reserve price are move to the top of the lot list, lot bid amount font colour changed to read 

• list of lots is grouped into unpaid at the top, then paid
• for each lot you can click on the edit link to add a payment note

• click edit for each lot to add a note about the payment for your records, to help you record anything you need to remember in the future

• payments for each auction are grouped into their types
• for each payment you can add a payment note

• add a note for each of the auction payments for your future reference 

Trend report page has a summer for each section

• lots
• sellers
• biddres
• payments
• indicators 
• radio button turns green for sections you have opened as a reminder for when days have many interruptions 

• lots report for each auction 

• Payments trend report page open with payment summary for each auction, link to PDF report for the auction lots
