With a combination of drop down menu and text field choices


Database updates information displaced as you select different drop down menu item or change the text in the text fields









Detail view gives more info

When someone clicks on the More button in the search results they can see the essential information about the item, detail information.


In the detail view a person can also click on the Contact Owner button to open online form for them to fill out and request information, or use of the item.

It is straight forward to setup your search fields in minutes.

Quickly add, remove, change the order of the drop down choices in a search menu field













Add entries in office or field

You can add entries from your computer, tablet or phone if out in the field.


For each entry in the database quickly add the search field information, detail information, upload PDF's or add URL links, add images to the gallery and assign tasks for work or service if needed.

We did not want to pricing based on number of users, or account type with specific options.
